From the moment your package leaves our Stone Mountain, GA warehouse until it reaches your doorstep, you can monitor its progress right here.
Track Your Package
To track your order, please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email we sent you.
01. How Tracking Works
Step 1: Order Processing
We require 1 business day for handling. During this time, we carefully pick and pack your baby clothes.
Step 2: Carrier Pickup
Once dispatched via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number.
Step 3: Transit
Standard delivery takes 2-6 business days. You can use the form above to check the latest scan location.
02. Tracking Information Availability
Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your shipment confirmation email for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system. If your tracking number does not show any movement after 3 business days, please contact our support team immediately so we can investigate with the courier.
03. Multiple Packages
If you have ordered multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped in separate packages to ensure the fastest delivery. In such cases, you will receive unique tracking numbers for each parcel, allowing you to follow each step of the journey for all your items.
04. Delivery Delays
While we strive for 100% on-time delivery, external factors such as severe weather, federal holidays, or carrier disruptions in the Georgia region may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your baby fashion items to you as safely and quickly as possible.
