At Babyshoweroffset, we pride ourselves on our rapid fulfillment process. To ensure your baby's fashion items arrive within our 2-6 day delivery window, our warehouse team begins processing orders immediately after our daily cut-off. Because of this efficiency, the timeframe for cancelling or modifying an order is limited.
Strict Modification Deadline:
Order cancellations or change requests must be submitted via email to support@babyshoweroffset.com before our daily cut-off time of 7:00 PM (EST), Monday through Saturday.
01. Order Cancellations
If you change your mind shortly after placing your order, please contact us immediately. As long as your request is received before 7:00 PM EST on the day of purchase (or the next business day if ordered on Sunday), we can cancel the transaction and issue a full refund to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, or PayPal).
Once an order has passed the 7:00 PM EST cut-off, it enters our 1-day handling cycle and is prepared for carrier pickup (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). At this stage, the order can no longer be cancelled.
02. Changing Shipping Information
Accuracy is vital for successful delivery. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please alert us before the 7:00 PM EST deadline. While we will do our absolute best to update the information, Babyshoweroffset cannot guarantee address changes after the handling process has begun. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of checkout.
03. Modifying Items in Your Order
Due to the way our inventory and payment systems are integrated, we are unable to add items to an existing order. If you wish to purchase additional products, please place a new order. If you need to change the size or color of an item, we recommend requesting a cancellation (before 7:00 PM EST) and placing a new, correct order.
04. If Your Order has Shipped
If your order has already been dispatched and you still wish to return it, please wait for the package to arrive. You can then utilize our generous 60-day Return Policy. Simply follow the return instructions to send the unworn, unwashed items back to our Stone Mountain, GA warehouse for a full refund with no restocking fees.
05. Non-Cancellable Items
Please note that personalized or custom-made garments enter production immediately and are not eligible for cancellation or changes once the order is placed.
