At Babyshoweroffset, we believe that 30 days is often not enough for busy parents to evaluate a purchase. Therefore, we provide a 60-day return window. From the moment your package is marked as "Delivered" by our carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), you have a full two months to decide if the items are perfect for your little one.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that show clear signs of use, laundry scents, or damage not caused by our manufacturing process.

02. Zero Fees Policy (No Restocking Fees)

Many retailers charge a percentage of the purchase price just to put an item back on the shelf. At Babyshoweroffset, we find this practice unfair to parents. We guarantee zero restocking fees on all returns. Whether you changed your mind or the size wasn't quite right, you will receive a 100% refund of the product price paid. Our goal is to make the return process as painless as the initial purchase.

03. Refund Timelines (12 Business Days)

We value your time and your money. Once your return package arrives at our warehouse in Stone Mountain, Georgia, it undergoes a meticulous inspection by our quality control team to ensure the garments meet our resale standards. This inspection typically takes 2-3 business days.

Following approval, we will initiate your refund immediately. Please note that it may take up to 12 business days for the funds to be reflected in your PayPal or Venmo account. This timeframe includes our internal processing and the standard processing times of the payment providers.

Note on Payment Methods: Because we exclusively use PayPal and Venmo to ensure your financial security, all refunds must be returned to the original account used at checkout. We cannot issue refunds to alternative accounts or in the form of cash/check to prevent fraudulent activities.

04. Damaged or Defective Items

We take immense pride in the quality of our baby clothes. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at support@babyshoweroffset.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect. For confirmed defective items, Babyshoweroffset will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and prioritize your replacement or refund.

05. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, certain items are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Personalized or custom-made baby garments.
  • Opened hygiene products (e.g., baby brushes, pacifiers).
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

06. The Return Process

Initiating a return is simple. Please follow these steps:

  1. Email support@babyshoweroffset.com with your Order Number and the reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours (Monday – Saturday) with instructions and the return warehouse address.
  3. Securely pack the items in their original packaging.
  4. Ship the package using a trackable shipping service. We highly recommend keeping your shipping receipt until the refund is finalized.

07. Cancellations and Modifications

If you need to cancel an order, please do so before our daily 7:00 PM (EST) cut-off time. Once an order has entered our 1-day handling process or has been picked up by USPS/UPS/FedEx, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please follow the standard return procedure after receiving the package.
