Order Changes & Address Accuracy Policy

At Babyshoweroffset, we strive to deliver your baby’s new favorite outfits as efficiently as possible. To maintain our fast shipping standards while providing flexibility, we have established the following guidelines regarding order modifications and the accuracy of delivery information.

1. Order Cancellation and Modification

We process orders quickly to ensure your little ones don’t have to wait. However, we understand that mistakes happen.

• 4-Hour Grace Period: You may request to change or cancel your order (including adjustments to size, color, or quantity) within 4 hours of purchase.
• How to Reach Us: To request a change, please email support@babyshoweroffset.com immediately. Your email must include your Order Number in the subject line for priority handling.
• After 4 Hours: Once this window has passed, your order is automatically sent to our fulfillment department for picking and packing. At this stage, we are unable to accommodate any cancellations or modifications.

2. Shipping Address Accuracy

To guarantee that your package arrives at the correct nursery or doorstep, providing accurate shipping information is vital.

• Review Your Details: Please carefully double-check your recipient name, street address, apartment/unit number, city, state, and ZIP code during the checkout process at babyshoweroffset.com.
• Responsibility: Babyshoweroffset is not liable for orders that are delayed, lost, or delivered to the wrong location due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
• Redelivery Fees: If a package is returned to our facility due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs to send the package to the correct address.

3. Failed Deliveries & “Return to Sender”

If the carrier is unable to deliver a package because the address was insufficient or the recipient was unavailable, we will contact you once the package is returned to us.
